OUR QUALITY

POLAR® products are made with passion and the utmost attention to quality. From the first hand-made sketch, our product team ensures to use durable, comfortable and safe solutions.
	Through meticulous technical design work, all details are defined to create consistent products that comply with quality and safety requirements.

A team of independent technicians carries out quality control activities on raw materials and on production in its various phases. Finally, the internal POLAR® team carries out a pre-sales check on all our products.

OUR STANDARDS

POLAR® products comply with the most current European safety standards. In particular, all our sunglasses comply with EU regulation 2016/425 from 20 April 2019 and the harmonized standard EN ISO 12312-1:2013/Amdt1:2015.

OUR GUARANTEE

All POLAR® products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase. If you find a defect in a product purchased through our online store, send us an email to shop@polar.it indicating the order number and describing the defect, attaching a photo if necessary. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, improper use of the product or deterioration from wear and tear. Scratches on the lenses are considered normal wear and tear of the product, unless they were already present at the time of purchase. If you receive a pair of glasses with scratched or damaged lenses, please inform us promptly.
