What warranty comes with the purchase of a Polar product?
All Polar products come with a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear is excluded.

How do I return a product?
You can return any item, free of charge, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, and we will refund you. Contact our customer service. As soon as your request is received, we will confirm it via email. Once your request is accepted, we will notify the courier to collect the item. Upon receipt, we will process the refund.
